1. Promotion Period: All jobs booked from 8 July to 31 July 2024 will be entered into a draw to win a $1,000 petrol voucher.
2. Winner Selection: One winner will be chosen by random draw by 15 August 2024.
3. Notification: The winner will be notified via email and SMS by 31 August 2024.
4. Eligibility: To be eligible, jobs must be booked within the specified Promotion Period.
5. Non-transferable: The prize is not negotiable, non-transferable, or redeemable for cash.
6. Response Time: If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, Exceed reserves the right to re-draw the prize.
7. Amendments: Exceed reserves the right to extend, amend, suspend, or terminate this offer and these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
8. Substitution: If for any reason a prize becomes unavailable, Exceed may substitute an alternative equivalent prize without notice.
9. Liability: Exceed is not liable for any failure (for whatever reason) to record an entry into the draw. Any decisions made by Exceed in relation to the draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Exceed shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, which is suffered or sustained arising out of or in connection with the prize or draw.
